Jacqueline 1-16-08 Girl today we are going to try to work out twice a day and see how this work this week. we are going to take saturday off tell me what you think.

1/12/08 Hey Lady, Today I started @ 7am walking and shopping till 10am, then I cal home to start cleaning up, that was a workout also, but I decided to go walking again.... what have you been up to today?

Our Story

My name is Stephanie and I am 37 years old. My sister, Jacqueline is 33 years old. We have been watching the show since its first season, and it has become such an inspiration to our lives just to see the transformation of the contestants. That could be us! That WILL be US!

I am presently overweight without any current medical conditions; however, if I don't make a change in my life NOW, I’m confident that I will suffer from the multiple medical conditions that so many others deal with. I have tried numerous diets, and have been able to lose the weight, but haven’t been able to keep it off…YET! Well, we are sick and tired of being overweight. Looking in the mirror at myself put me to shame because feel as if I let myself go. The time has finally come for me to not just take it off, but to KEEP it off!

It’s nice to know that the Lord will send not just one angel, but two when you think that all hope is gone. I am talking about my sister Nease, who has also supported me with my struggle along with Jacqueline. Jacqueline understands the pain about being overweight. She once weighed 351.

We realize that we are good together because of our weight issues. We live in different states but that isn't going to stop us. We plan to exercise at least 3 times per week, eat healthy (staying away from fast food), and keep one another encouraged. Most importantly, we will continue to put GOD first, because without Him we would not be able to achieve our goals.

We believe that we should be the winner because we understand the requirement for wanting and having a HEALTHY life. That is why we are DIVA'S on the move.

We have made up our minds to stop reading everyone else’s success stories and create our own.

con't Jacquelin 2/8/08 I love the yoplail yogurt, but it has a lot of calories 170 the orange creme one, thats a lot of calories just for that 1 container and sugar is 27grams that alot!

Jacqueline 2/6/2008 brfast- blueberry muffin,apple sauce orange jucie lunch- peanut butter and jelly sandwich, and water snack-vanilla yogurt raisins dinner-baked chicken on a salad and water and it was good! Had a great workout.

Jacqueline today is weight in2/6/08 Just morning at 5, when I got up the first thing that I did was to jump on the scale, and I was so happy to see that I lose 8 pounds in one week, my goal was 10 but I will take that. Every morning I have been getting up at 5 to go to the gym and yes it

con't jacqueline was worth it. It was very hard getting up every morning at 5 for the last pasts week but I am so happy that I did. I am setting other goal for my self and that is to take off about 6 more pounds this week. I know that I can do it!!!!!

2/2/08 Well today is another day in my life that the fat still exist. I have been sick this week, so I haven't worked out at all. When I weighed myself on 1/29 my weight was still the same, depression was setting in. On Sunday I am going to try something (con't)

Jacqueline 1-29-08 Just morning was a good day, yes I lose 6 pounds, yes that right 6 pounds. Last week I was at the gym three times in the morning and it felt good. lose weight is a hard thing to do, I just got to keep it in my mind and no that I can do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stephanie 1/22/07 Well today was weight in for me and I wasn't happy, when I got on the scaile, I was up 1lb. It can become very depressed when you have eaten right and also worked out and I did all of that. I feel like given but some in me just won't let me.

Jacqueline 1/15/08 Today was a ok day, weighed in this morning and lost 2 pound. I wish it was more but I will take the 2. This morning I didn't eat till 10am. I had a banana,some peanut butter, lunch was a small salad and dinner was also a salad with baked chicken.

Stephanie 1/10/08 Today was a good day, I did my challenge walking the steps Break - 2 pk oatmeal, water lunch - salad w ranch dreassing dinner - can of soup, small sallad snack - jello and english muffing all water was met

con't it on I ate very good today, breakfast-- blueberry muffin and apple sauce, lunch- half of turkey sandwich on wheat bread and fruit cup and water, dinner= baked chicken on a salad just lett,tom,cub,olv, some salad can be very fating, so I have to be care.

It's on 1-8-08 Jacquelin Just got from looking at the best show on TV, you know it, The BIGGEST LOSER. If you do not have it in you mind to get healthy, just watch that show and you will I have to thank God for who ever thought of that show, but today was a good day,

1/8/08 Colleen and Cindy, I did it, I walked up more stairs today NO ELEVATOR. Breakfast - 2 packs of instant girts snack - 1/2 cup fiber cereal lunch - 1 cup of veg soup snack - jello cup dinner - 1 can of soup of let me not forget my water intake

Jacqueline 1/7/08 Thank you Lord! I did just what I said I was going to do, I ate before 7 oclock today!! you go girl! I had all of my water today, and you know I get that work out on, yes it was a challenge, but I did it!!!

Jacqueline 1/6/08 Ok, today was a bless day. I did very well, I did have a soda with my dinner, but that ok I made a start. My goal for this week come up is to drop the soda and add more water. Sis you go girl, keep doing want you do !!!!!!!!!

Stephanie 1/6/08 Okay today was a better day for me, went to church and came home and worked out, I did walk away the pounds and some sit ups.

Jacqueline 1/5/2008 Well, today was a good day, I ate healthy all day today. I work out about 30 min. My goal for next week is to try and do a little more. It is very hard trying to loses weight, but with a mind made up you can do it! Step I am proud of you, we can do this!!
